If you are not satisfied with the item, within 14 days of receipt, you can decide to request an exchange or a return; send an email to info@eclectico.it indicating the reason why you want to return or exchange the item and start the procedure to receive your refund, a voucher or a replacement item. You will be refunded within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item with the same payment method used at the time of purchase, if possible or, at your choice, with a voucher to spend on our site. The goods must be returned in the original packaging, complete with all labels present and without having it used in any way (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment).
ECLECTICO reserves the right to refuse reimbursement in the event that the garment shows evident signs of use, damage, washing or garments that have been modified in any way. In the case of promotions involving the purchase of multiple products together, the customer must return all items purchased to receive a full refund. Any stored items will be charged at full market value.
Exchange For ECLECTICO, your satisfaction is as important as your perfect fit, which is why the First Change on the order placed is completely free of charge, both the return costs and the shipping of the new article, in all countries of the European Community; all products not included in this promotion in our catalog are entitled to free return shipping (within 10kg of weight / volume, only with our original packaging), but the contribution is requested on the shipment of the new product chosen according to the table in the Shipping section. For non-EU countries, refer to the table in the Shipping section for all shipments made with the exception of the return of the product to be exchanged which will be free on the first change made. In case of a further Exchange on all shipments, please refer to the table in the Shipping section. No more than two changes can be made on the same order. You will receive the waybill from our courier to be printed and attached to the package which you can take to an indicated shipping center or have it collected where you prefer. Any customs fees both incoming and outgoing, on each shipment, are always charged to the customer. Return If you decide to make a Return for product defects, you must send us the photos of the detail, if ECLECTICO recognizes that it is a technical defect of production or structural imperfection* the return shipment will be at our expense: you will be sent the waybill to be attached to the package and our courier will pick it up wherever you prefer. The refund will be made upon receipt after checking the status of the product. Remember that all of our products are handcrafted and created with natural materials that may have imperfections that increase their uniqueness and value. If you change your mind, the return shipment will be at your expense and it will be your responsibility to entrust it to the one you consider the best courier.
ECLECTICO will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by the return shipment, and will refund only after receipt after checking the status of the product. Any customs fees are always charged to the customer. * By "structural imperfections" we mean all the characteristics other than those foreseen by the order, or production defects that highlight differences with respect to the common sartorial canons (buttons not at a distance, non-compliant buttonholes, incorrect cuts, etc.). However, since these are garments made not industrially, the size and distance values may have a tolerance of 5%. Exclusions from the right of withdrawal For all personalized and made-to-measure items, there is no right of withdrawal (for orders made to measure and completely personalized, art. 59 of the Consumer Code applies - "Exceptions to the right of withdrawal" - notwithstanding articles from 52 to 58 of the same Code), except for reasons attributable to production errors (see Repackaging or Modification). For this reason, we invite you to enter your measurements with the utmost precision in the order form and to modify them in case of changes in subsequent orders.
You will find on our site all references relating to our sizes, with comparative measurements with the national sizes of the main countries of the world, and indications on how to take your measurements before placing an order. Be very careful to choose the right size and request your customization if you feel that the standard measures do not fit your needs ("Tailor for You" order form), following the information in our tutorial or getting help from a craftsman of your trust. Repackaging or Modification We are sure that your bespoke garment will fit you perfectly, but in case there are any changes to be made, you will have a punctual and attentive after-sales service that will guarantee you the ideal fit. Contact us within 14 days of receipt, to receive information on how to proceed with the exchange, repackaging or modification. The repackaging or modification is aimed at achieving a perfect fit, consequently, the customizations chosen by the user cannot be changed under any circumstances. If you feel that your garment needs small adjustments, you can come directly to our Atelier (by appointment), or send us your dress indicating precisely, with the help of a trusted craftsman, the necessary adjustments. In the event that the changes are indicated by you and not evaluated by our artisans, they will be carried out as indicated and any right of withdrawal on the dress will be lost if they do not prove valid for the purposes of wearability.
The changes are charged to ECLECTICO only if the measurements indicated do not coincide with the garment made or there are structural or problematic imperfections of wearability. Otherwise, any changes, shipping costs and customs will be charged to the customer. Shipping Returns The item to be returned must be boxed in the original packaging (see Conditions) and sent at your own expense, only after receiving confirmation by email from ECLECTICO, with a traceable shipping method. For international returns, we ask you to indicate the content as "RETURN" by declaring the value of 1 EUR in order to make customs checks easier.
